Food Service Assistant

Your Responsibilities

• Meal Service: Help prepare, serve, and deliver appealing meals that meet our resident's needs.

• Resident Support: Assist residents during mealtimes with attention and respect for their individual meal plans.

• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in kitchen areas, cooking equipment, and dining spaces.

• Event Catering: Contribute to special events like birthdays, cultural celebrations, and internal meetings.

• Safety: Help keep all dining and adjacent areas tidy and free of hazards.

What You'll Bring

• At least 6 months of relevant food service experience; aged care experience is a plus.

• A strong commitment to safety-first practices.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• A collaborative and friendly team player attitude.

• A professional and tidy personal appearance.

• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Valid working rights for Australia.

• Successful police check completion.

• A current Flu Vaccination (or willingness to get one).

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
